Vintage Sterling Southwestern Turquoise Ring

Ornate sterling silver Southwestern Turquoise ring is marked Sterling and appears to have been resized.  It  features an oval serrated set Turquoise, about 1/2 inch by about 1/4 inch wide.  It measures a ring size 6 1/4 - 6 1/2 and the face of the ring measures 7/8 inch long and it weighs 5.6 grams.  Upon close inspection, the stone shows some wear in that it is not shiny on top.
