Refund policy

Returns are gladly accepted for full refunds.  Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item with 14 days of receipt.  To start a return, please contact us at info@silvervintagejewelry.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
 We will notify you once we have received your return, and a full refund will be issued as long as the item is returned in its original and unaltered condition.  If the item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer.  Refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
