Signed Sterling Silver Fossilized Coral Cuff Bracelet

Sterling silver cuff bracelet is signed either CSD or CDS Sterling and features 3/4 inch square spotted stone which I think is fossilized Coral but I am not sure.  The width of the bracelet measures 1 inch and the inside circumference measures 6 3/4 inches, including the 1 1/8 inch gap.  It weighs 31.6 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
