Gold over Sterling Quote Flower Heart Necklace

Gold over sterling silver necklace is signed 925 and a maker's mark and features an open heart with two pink Sapphires in roses and the inscribed quote "two souls...one heart".  The pendant measures 1 3/8 inches, including the bail, by 1 1/8 inch wide and it is on an 18 inch gold over sterling silver chain.  The weight of the necklace is 9.7 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
