Designer 14K Gold Ruby Diamond Ring

14K yellow gold ring is signed P*M 14K and features an approximately 7x4.5mm pear shape genuine Ruby bordered in small sparkly genuine Diamonds and with Diamonds on the shoulders of the ring.  It measures a ring size 7 and the face of the ring measures 3/8 inch long.  It weighs 2.7 grams and it is in great condition.
