Designer sterling silver ring is signed MEX 925 and features an approximately 7mm pink stone in a beaded setting with Southwestern heart designs on the band. It measures a ring size 6 1/2 - 6 3/4 and the face of the ring measures 1/2 inch long. The ring weighs 6.7 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
