Vintage sterling silver columnesque salt and pepper shakers are signed Towle Sterling and a patent number on the inside of the black plastic bottoms. They measure 1 5/8 inches by 3/4 inch wide at the base and they weigh 14.7 grams. I polished them on my polishing wheel and they are very shiny and in great vintage condition with no issues. The bottoms pop on and off nicely with a twist motion.
