Sterling Silver Filagree Earrings

Fan shape sterling silver earrings are marked 925 and feature pretty openwork lattice and orange stones that look like Amber, but I'm not sure.  They measure 1 1/2 inches from the top of the ear wire by 1 inch wide and they weigh 5.6 grams.  They are in great vintage condition.
