Designer sterling silver puffed heart earrings are signed 925 AU Turkey and feature openwork scrolling with diamond cuts for sparkle. They measure about 1 1/4 inches long from the top of the lever backs, by 3/4 inch wide and they weigh 4.1 grams. They are in great vintage condition.
