Sparkly sterling silver genuine natural Diamond pendant is signed OTC 925 and measures about 7/8 inch by 1/2 inch wide. The four larger Diamonds in the center flower design measure about 2.5mm each. It weighs 2.9 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
