Large Guglielmo Cini sterling silver heart brooch is signed Sterling by Cini and features Gemini banner in an ornate design of cherubs, fruit and flowers in a heart shape.  It measures 2 1/4 inches by 2 inches wide and it weighs 23.1 grams.  It is in great vintage condition.
