I believe there is one stone missing at the top right hand curve. It can be seen with a jeweler's loupe but it is difficult to see with the naked eye. Designer sterling silver double open hearts pendant is signed JWBR 925 and features small genuine natural Diamonds along with simulated Diamonds. The pendant measures 3/4 inch by a little over 1/2 inch wide and it is on an 18 inch sterling silver box chain. The necklace weighs 5.2 grams.
