Unique sterling silver vintage brooch is marked sterling and features rose cut green stones and a central white stone in a floral design with what I believe is a natural stone teardrop dangle. The brooch measures 2 inches by 1 3/8 inches wide and it weighs 10.8 grams. It is in great vintage condition.
