This ring tests as a low karat gold but I am not if it is 8 or 9K. Antique yellow gold ring is marked NO and ER which I believe are initials. It features an approximately 3mm Sapphire and the face of the ring measures 3/8 inch long. It measures a tight ring size 6 and it weighs 2.2 grams. It is in great vintage condition.
