Antique 9K Rose Gold Pearl and Sapphire Ring

Unique antique rose gold ring is marked 9K and features an 8mm Pearl with two small sparkly Sapphires.  It measures a ring size 7 and the face of the ring measures 1/2 inch long.  It weighs 2.8 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
