Vintage sterling silver cutout brooch is marked sterling and features a cutout picture frame image of a man holding a cane and top hat kissing a woman with embossed roses at the corners.  It measures about 1 3/8 inches by 1 5/8 inches wide, and it weighs 14.4 grams.  A matching bracelet is available under a separate listing.
