Ornate designer sterling silver cross pendant is signed what looks like CSX 925 Thailand inside the bail and features iridescent Mother of Pearl inlay with an approximately 8x6mm Blue Topaz center on one side and openwork scrolled silver on the other side and small gemstone cabochons at each corner.
