Repurposed Carolyn Pollack Relios Turquoise Necklace

This is a single earring repurposed into a pendant and it is signed 925 and with the Relios hallmark and features a Turquoise bead and two stones I believe are Spinel but I am not sure.  It measures 2 3/8 inches, including the bail, by just shy of 1 inch wide.  It is on an 18 inch sterling silver box chain and the weight of the necklace is 5.3 grams.  It is in great vintage condition.
