Large Vintage Sterling Silver Miraculous Medal Necklace

Vintage 925 Miraculous Medal pendant is signed Chapel Sterling and measures 1 1/2 inches, including the bail, by 3/4 inch wide.  It is on a 22 inch sterling silver chain and the weight of the necklace is 14.7 grams.  It definitely shows wear but it is heavy and nicely made.
