Huge Sterling Silver Sea Turtle Pendant

Unique sterling silver sea turtle pendant is unmarked and has been tested as sterling silver.  This appears to be Hawaiian and handmade, but I do not know what the stones are.  It measures 3 1/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches wide and it weighs 45.6 grams, so it is heavy.  It is in great vintage condition.
