Franklin Mint 925 Sterling Silver Flower Heart Ring

Sterling silver flower ring is signed FM 925 China and features CZ's and a dark blue stone which I think is a small Sapphire and heart cutouts on the shoulders.  It measures a ring size 7 1/4 and the face of the ring measures about 3/8 inch long and it weighs 3 grams.  It has a small nick in the band from a jeweler's file testing for sterling.  I did not notice it until I saw it in photo 3.
