Designer Gold over Sterling Silver Ruby Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace

Gold over sterling silver heart pendant is signed 925 China and the Ross Simons hallmark and features seven genuine Rubies and a small genuine Diamond accent.   It measures just under 7/8 inch, including the bail, by 3/4 inch wide and it is on an 19 inch gold over sterling silver chain.  The weight of the necklace is 2.5 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
