Designer Gold over Sterling Emerald Diamond Hoop Earrings

Gold over sterling silver hoop earrings are signed 925 China and the Ross Simons hallmark and feature four approximately 2mm genuine Emeralds and one Diamond chip in each earring.   They measure 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide and they weigh 3 grams.  They are in great vintage condition.
