Large ornate designer mixed metal Key enhancer pendant is signed Bixby 925 18K China and features a Blue Topaz cabochon and four small Citrines on carved Mother of Pearl, with 18K gold floral enhancements. This pendant is new old stock so it is unworn and unused.
