Solid yellow gold heart pendant is signed 14K and a maker's mark and features a total weight of approximately 1/2 carat in genuine natural Diamonds. It measures 1 inch, including the split bail, by 1/2 inch wide and it weighs 3.9 grams. It is in great vintage condition. The chain in the last photo is not included.
