Vintage 14K Gold Nefertiti Pendant

14K yellow gold Nefertiti pendant is marked K14 Italy and features an antiqued textured head on a diamond cut circle.  It measures 1 1/8 inches, including the bail, by 3/4 inch wide.  It weighs 2.2 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
