Sterling Silver Red Stone Heart Earrings

Vintage sterling silver puffed heart inlay earrings are marked 925 and measure 1 1/2 inches long from the top of the ear wire.  They have a width of 5/8 inch and they weigh 4.5 grams, so they are lightweight.  They are in great vintage condition.
