Vintage religious medal is signed Sterling BLI and reads Saint Isabella Pray for Us.  St. Isabella of Portugal is the patron saint of brides, peace, queens, and falsely accused people and victims of adultery. It measures 7/8 inch by 1/2 inch wide and it weighs just 2.9 grams.
