Vintage Sterling Silver Bar Brooch with Heart Basket Dangles

Vintage Art Nouveau charmed bar brooch is signed Sterling and a name I cannot read, and features an old C clasp. The bar measures 1/4 inch by 2 inches wide, and with the charms, just shy of 1 inch high. It weighs 10.3 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
