Vintage Magic Glo 10K Gold Ruby Diamond Heart Ring Size 7

Vintage ring is marked Magic Glo 10K and features an open heart design with 3 small Rubies and 2 small Diamonds.  It measures a ring size 7 and the face of the ring measures a little over 3/8 inch long.  It weighs 1.9 grams and it is in great condition.
