Vintage 14K Gold Amethyst and Diamond Accent Ring Size 6

Dainty gold ring is marked 14K and a maker's mark, and features an oval prong set Amethyst, about 4x3mm, in a flower design with Diamond accents.  It measures a ring size 6 - 6 1/4 and it weighs 1.7 grams.  It is in great condition.
