Large Antique 10K Gold Carved Pink Cameo Brooch Pendant

Large ornate antique gold carved pink cameo brooch is unmarked but has been tested as 10k gold by a jeweler.  It measures 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches wide and it features a hinged bail so it can be worn as a pendant.  It weighs 19 grams and it is in great condition.
