Heavy 14K White Gold Diamond Heart Pendant

Nicely made 14K white gold heart pendant is signed 14K S and features an approximately 3mm genuine Diamond with round light blue and dark blue stones, and a teardrop green stone.  The Diamond has been tested and is real, but I am not sure what the other stones are.  The pendant measures a little over 1 inch, including the bail, by a bit over 5/8 inch wide.  It weighs 4.9 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
