14K Gold 1/2 CTW Diamond Pyramid Ring

Solid 14K yellow gold pyramid ring is signed 14K and a maker's mark, and features 14 genuine natural Diamonds for total weight in Diamonds of 1/2 Ct.  It measures a ring size 9 3/4 - 10 and the face of the ring measures 7mm long.  The pyramid has a height of about 1/4 inch and the weight of the ring is 3.8 grams.  It is in great vintage condition.
