Vintage Wide Signed Sterling Silver Buckle Bangle Bracelet

Wide sterling silver bangle bracelet is unmarked and tests as sterling silver, and appears to be handmade.  It features an applied floral buckle and a rolled edge.  It has a width of 1 full inch and an inside circumference of about 6 1/2 inches, so this is a small wrist bracelet.  It is heavy, weighing 61.1 grams.  The bracelet opens with a manual push/pull and clicks closed by sliding the button into the groove.  It closes tight, but both ends must be manually lined up.
