Vintage 10K White Gold Spinel and Diamond Ring

10K white gold ring is signed 10K and a maker's mark and features a 9x7mm pretty light blue emerald cut simulated Aquamarine with three small genuine natural Diamonds at the shoulders.  The stone looks like an Aquamarine but I had it tested and it is not.  It measures a ring size 7 1/4 and it weighs 2.5 grams and is in great condition.
