Vintage 10K Gold Pink Stone Ring

Vintage gold ring is marked 10K and features a pink stone approximately 9x7mm.  It measures a ring size 7 1/4 and the face of the ring measures just shy of 1/2 inch long.  The ring weighs 2.2 grams and it is in great vintage condition.  The black marks are residual jewelry polish from the polishing wheel that I did not notice until I took the magnified photos.
