Unique Sterling Silver Madonna with Sacred Heart back CZ Medal Pendant

Pretty religious medal is marked 925 and features the image of Mary, Mother of God in floral filagree and a small CZ on the front, and the Sacred Heart on the back.  The pendant measures 1 1/2 inches, including the bail, by 5/8 inch wide and it weighs 4.3 grams.  It is nicely made and in great condition.
