Sterling Silver Bell Earrings

Sterling silver openwork filagree bell earrings are unmarked as far as I can see and have tested as sterling silver.  They measure about 1 1/8 inches long from the top of the ear wire by about 3/8 inch wide.  They weigh 5.4 grams and they are in great vintage condition.  The clapper moves but they do not make noise.
