Relios Carolyn Pollack Sterling Silver Lapis Ring

I believe this ring is a collaborative work because there is an additional hallmark along with the Relios hallmark.  Long sterling silver designer statement ring features a teardrop Lapis in an ornate Southwestern design.  It measures a ring size 6 1/2 - 6 3/4 and the face of the ring measures about 7/8 inch long.  It weighs 5.3 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
