Milor 925 Italy 8mm Reversible Omega Necklace

8mm reversible omega necklace is signed Milor 925 Italy and features a vertical ribbed design on one side and a diamond cut pattern on the other.  It measures 18 inches and it weighs 28 grams.  The shiny ribbed side has two small dings which have to be searched for and one can be seen in photo 6.
