IBG 14K Gold Diamond Nugget Ring

IB Goodman 14K gold open nugget ring is signed 14K IBG and what looks like VFT and features an approximately 1/8Ct genuine natural Diamond.  It measures a ring size 7 1/2 - 7 3/4 and the face of the ring measures 3/8 inch long.  The ring weighs 5.4 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
