Antique 830 Silver Garment Pin

Vintage fibula or garment pin is signed 830 S and a hallmark which looks like 3 crowns to me. The pin measures 1 5/8 inches by 1 1/8 inches wide and it weighs 4.2 grams. Other than the tip of the pin being slightly bent, it is in great vintage condition.
