Antique 14K White Gold Ring Setting Size 7 1/4

Antique 14K white gold semi mount is marked PAT 14K and features pretty openwork floral filagree.  It measures a ring size 7 1/4 - 7 1/2 and it weighs 3 grams.  The opening measures approximately 3/4 inch x 3/8 inch wide.  It is in great vintage condition.
