18K Gold Citrine and Diamond Ring

Heavy 18K yellow gold ring is marked 750 and has been tested by a jeweler and features two rows of princess cut Citrines bordered by small round pave set Diamonds.  It measures a ring size 10 1/2 and the face of the ring measures 3/8 inch long.  It weighs 7.8 grams and it is in great vintage condition.
