10K White Gold Blue Star Sapphire Ring with Diamond Accents

Vintage white gold ring is marked 10K and a maker's mark and features a 10x7mm pear shape blue Linde or lab created star Sapphire with side Diamond accents.  The ring measures a ring size 6 3/4 and it weighs 2.4 grams.  It is in great condition.
