10K Gold Pink Star Sapphire Ring

Vintage yellow gold ring is signed DG 10K and features an approximately 6.5x4.5mm pink Linde or lab created star Sapphire with two small genuine natural Diamonds.  The ring measures a ring size 6 - 6 1/4 and it weighs 1.8 grams.  It is in great vintage condition.  The black marks on the stone is jewelry polish.
