International Sterling Rose Pendant Ornament

The black base of this pendant is wearing off around some of the edges as can be seen in the photos.  Sterling silver ornament or pendant is signed International Sterling and features an embossed image of a rose.  It measures about 2 1/2 inches, including the loop bail, by about 1 1/2 inches wide and it weighs 10 grams.
